I am an Associate Professor in Finance at Erasmus University - Rotterdam School of Management (RSM). Prior to joining RSM in 2013 I completed my PhD from the University of Pittsburgh. I do empirical research in corporate finance. My research areas of interest include corporate governance, executive compensation and M&A. I like to explore the peer effects that exist in these areas.
